Typical Application

Description

The SY20608 is a high efficient, synchronous step-up converter, which integrates an inductor into a compact 3×3×1mm package. It is designed for one-cell Li-Ion or Li-polymer, or a two to three-cell alkaline Ni-Cd or Ni-MH battery powered applications and can convert down to 0.85V input voltage. It adopts NMOS for the main switch and PMOS for the synchronous switch.


The SY20608 can disconnect the output from the input during the shutdown mode. When the input voltage exceeds the regulated output voltage, the SY20608 will enter the bypass mode automatically.
