     The SY24625QFQ device consists of analog part of battery monitor (voltage, current, temperature ), cell balance and high-side protection, which can cover OCD, SCD, SCC. Specifically, there are 2 pads CON DON which can control CHG and DSG FETs directly by MCU die.

    The SY62541QFQ device also supports Gauge functions with ECC authentication. The device communicates with system via UART/SMBUS and combines a low-power, high-speed micro controller M0, integrated flash memory, High accurate IADC, VADC, PD logic ( PPS including, sink only ), ECC, RTC, SPI and so on.
