The SA52280 is an automotive H-bridge motor driver that integrates a full N-channel H-bridge. Suitable for a wide range of automotive applications, the device can operate in either full-bridge mode or independent half-bridge mode.

The SA52280 features an integrated charge pump, high-side MOSFET current sensing, and current-proportional output. It is also equipped with protection features, including overcurrent protection, input undervoltage lockout, input overvoltage protection, and thermal shutdown. The device supports both off-state and on-state diagnostic functions.

The SA52280 offers two variants: an SPI version and an HW version. The device is available in a QFN3×4.5-14 package with wettable flanks.
