    The SAT46S03DVD is an ultra-low capacitance Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) designed to provide electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection for high-speed data interfaces. With typical capacitance of 0.4pF only, SAT46S03DVDis designed to protect parasitic-sensitive systems against over-voltage and over-current transient events. It complies with IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) (±30kV air, ±30kV contact discharge), IEC 61000-4-5 (Surge) (6A, 8/20μs), etc.

    The SAT46S03DVDuses small DFN2.5×1.0-10package. Each SAT46S03DVDdevice can protect four high-speed data lines. The combined features of ultra-low capacitance, ultra-small size and high ESD robustness make SAT46S03DVDideal for high-speed data ports and high-frequency lines (e.g., HDMI & DVI) applications. The low clamping voltage of the SAT46S03DVDguarantees a minimum stress on the protected IC.
