The SQ24810 is a programmable current limit switch with a wide input voltage range and adjustable overvoltage protection. The integrated N-channel MOSFET features an extremely low RDS(ON), minimizing power loss during normal operation. The programmable soft-start time controls the slew rate of the output voltage during the start-up time. Independent enable control supports complex system sequencing.

The SQ24810 integrates overtemperature, overcurrent, and short circuit protection. Its compact QFN 2×2-10 package enables a small PCB area for space-constrained applications.
