The SQ76020 is a single output, synchronous quad-phase buck converter. This product features four integrated power stages and has the capability to deliver up to 20A continuous output current.
The product operates over a wide input voltage range from 2.75V to 4V. During start-up and voltage change, the device controls the output slew rate to minimize output voltage overshoot and inrush current.
It supplies under voltage lockout, over voltage, over current and over temperature protection to ensure reliable operation of the system.
In addition to the standard interrupt, chip enable, and watchdog reset functions, it also supports I2C communication protocol.
