The SQ76030A is PMBus 1.3 compliant. The SQ76030A is a high efficiency synchronous step-down DC/DC module capable of delivering up to 25A current. The device integrates main switch and synchronous switch with very low RDS (ON) to minimize the conduction loss, as well as inductor to minimize package size. It provides accurate regulation for a variety of loads with an accurate voltage reference over TJ= -40°C to 125°C.
The DC/DC regulator adopts COT architecture to achieve fast transient responses for high step-down applications.
