    The SQ82535 is a family of low drift, low noise, and high accuracy series voltage reference. It provides fixed output voltage options, including 1.25V, 2.048V, 2.5V, 3.0V, 3.3V, 4.096V, 4.5V, 5V.

    Benefiting from well-designed circuit and optimized package, the SQ82535 features low temperature drift (1.5 ppm/°C typical), ±0.025% initial accuracy. It offers low 1/f noise of 1.4 μVp-p /V.

    The SQ82535 is available in an SOP8 package. The SOP8 package offers temperature monitoring pin and noise reduction (NR) pin.

    The SQ82535 can operate within a temperature range from -40°C to +125°C.
