The SQ95101x is a fixed Gain, high-precision, high-side or low-side current-sense amplifier that monitor current by amplifying the differential voltage across an external shunt resistor, suitable for bidirectional or unidirectional overcurrent protection or precision-current measurement. Fixed gains are optional: 50 V/V, 100 V/V and 200 V/V. The SQ95101x operates from a single 2.7V to 40V power supply, and feature a -0.3V to 40V input common-mode range, independent of supply voltage. Its common mode voltage up to 40V to effectively prevents bus voltage surge caused by system load dumping. The SQ95101x offered in SOT363 and SOT23-5 packages. The device with SOT23-5 package does not have supply voltage and reference pins, operate by drawing power from the CSP pin, the common mode voltage range is from 2.7V to 40V, only support unidirectional and high-side current measurement. The SQ95101x can operate in a temperature range of –40°C to 125°C.
