SY205206DXC is a low-capacitance transient voltage suppressor (TVS) designed to provide electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection for high-speed data interfaces. With a typical capacitance of 2pF, SY205206DXC is designed to protect against over-voltage and over-current transient events. It complies with IEC61000-4-2 (ESD) (±30kV air, ±30kV contact discharge), IEC61000-4-5 (surge) (10A, 8/20μs).
Each SY205206DXC device can protect one data line. The SY205206DXC is available in a compact DFN0.6×0.3-2 package.
