SY205218 is a low-capacitance transient voltage suppressor (TVS) designed to provide electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection for high-speed data interfaces. With a typical capacitance of 4pF, SY205218 is designed to protect against over-voltage and over-current transient events. It complies with IEC61000-4-2 (ESD) (±30kV air, ±30kV contact discharge), IEC61000-4-5 (surge) (4A, 8/20μs), etc.
Each SY205218 device can protect one data line. SY205218 is available in small DFN1.0x0.6-2 and DFN0.6x0.3-2 packages.
