    The SY21164 is a high efficiency 500kHz/ 750kHz/ 1MHz/1.25MHz selectable switching frequency, synchronous step down DC/DC regulator capable of delivering 12A continuous and 15A peak (duration<100μs) output current.

    The SY21164 operates over a wide input voltage range from 2.85V to 18V and integrates main switch and synchronous switch with very low RDS (ON) to minimize the conduction loss. The reference voltage range can be adjusted from 0.6V to 1.108V in 4mV steps. The voltage slew rate, frequency, current limit, hiccup/latch-off protection, enables, and power-saving modes are also selectable through the I2C interface.

    The SY21164 is available in compact QFN3×4-14 package.
