The SY21525E  is a high-efficiency, 3-phase and 1-phase dual-output buck converter. It integrates four synchronous buck converters, each phase is capable of delivering up to 5A continuous output current. 

The SY21525E operates over a wide input voltage range from 2.5V to 5.5V and uses instant PWM control for rapid transient response stable operation. Additionally, during startup and voltage adjustments, the device manages the output slew rate to minimize inrush current and output voltage overshoot.

The SY21525E provides undervoltage lockout (UVLO), along with overvoltage (OVP), overcurrent (OCP), and over temperature protections (OTP). In addition to the standard interrupt, chip enable, the SY21525E also supports I2C communication protocol.

The SY21525E is available in a compact WLCSP2.66× 3.89-54 package.
