The SY21611 is a dual H-bridge motor driver designed for use in brushed DC motors, bipolar stepper motors, solenoids, or other inductive load applications. The highly integrated H-bridge driver block consists of two H-bridges with internal logic control, a gate driver, over-current protection, and a charge pump circuit.
The SY21611 operates with a power-supply voltage range of 2.5V to 16V. It provides protection functions with a fault output pin for over-current protection, short circuit protection, and thermal shutdown. It also features a low-power standby mode.
The SY21611 is available in a compact SSOP10 package.
