SY22177 is a high efficiency step down regulator capable of driving 0.8A white LED from up to 25V input. It integrates the low RON MOSFET and internal compensation. The 1MHz switching frequency allows the use of very small inductor. The LED current is programmable through the external resistor. It supports analog dimming function.
