The SY22673 is a high efficiency step-down DC-DC constant current and constant voltage regulator designed for precision dimming LED lighting applications. It operates over a wide 33V–92V input voltage range and integrates a 100V MOSFET to decrease physical size. The SY22673 operates using proprietary control with constant off-time architecture to simplify loop compensation design while allowing the converter to operate at a nearly constant switching frequency. It adopts proprietary PWM dimming logic and a low offset error amplifier to achieve a wide dimming range of 400:1 analog dimming, and high precision for all loading ranges.
The SY22673 provides reliable single-fault protections including short-circuit protection (SCP), open LED protection (OLP), inductor shorted protection, and ISEN shorted protection. The SY22673 is available in a compact SOP16 package.
