The SY28481C load switch is an ultra-low on-resistance, compact device with inrush current limit via programmable soft−start. The device provides power good signaling for system status monitoring and downstream load control. With soft-start capabilities to reduce inrush current and low power consumption in a small footprint, the SY28481C is ideal for power management and hot-swap applications.
The SY28481C is available in a compact DFN3x3-12 package.
