The SY28892Z protection switch is an ultra-low on resistance, compact device with resistor programmable current limit. The device provides an open-drain fault flag output to signal over-current and fault conditions. It incorporates short circuit protection, over-temperature protection, and a reverse current blocking function. The SY28892Z is available in a compact 2 mm×2mm DFN-6 package.
