    The SYS32X24TPD is a single line, unidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) designed to provide electrical overstress (EOS) protection for cell phones and laptops. The SYS32X24TPD offers an operating voltage of 24V, and is designed to protect sensitive semiconductor components from damage or upset due to electrostatic discharge (ESD) and other overcurrent transient events. It complies with IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD), (±30kV air, ±30kV contact discharge), and IEC 61000-4-5 (surge) 125A (8/20μs) standards.

    The SYS32X24TPD is available in a DFN2.0mm×2.0mm-3 pin package.
