The SQ82534 is a family of low drift, low noise, and high accuracy series voltage reference. It provides fixed output voltage options, including 1.25V, 2.048V, 2.5V, 3.0V, 3.3V, 4.096V, 4.5V, 5V.
Benefiting from well-designed circuit and optimized package, the SQ82534 features low temperature drift (2.0 ppm/°C typical), ±0.04% initial accuracy. It offers low 1/f noise of 1.4 μVp-p /V.
The SQ82534 is available in an SOT23-6 package. The SOT23-6 package supports 4-wire kelvin connection, which eliminates the IR drop of PCB trace.
The SQ82534 can operate within a temperature range from -40°C to +125°C.
