SY22605 is a high efficiency step-up regulator capable of driving the maximum 6W white LED from electronic transformer or 12Vac magnetic transformer input. It integrates a low RdsON MOSFET and operates at 350KHz that allows the device to be used with small value external ceramic capacitors and inductor. The SY22605 is optimal for EMC solution.
